CONSULTATION INQUIRIES
Your inquiry, kept private.
The consultation form collects your name, email address, phone number, publishing experience, project type and stage, requested service, project description, approximate word count, desired timeline, and consultation goals. You may also provide your business or publisher name and budget. Ken uses this information to consider your project and respond to your inquiry.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s server-side database, not in the visitor’s browser. The request inbox requires secure sign-in and is restricted to Ken’s authorized account. Requests are not published on this website. A notification containing your inquiry is sent to Ken’s email address through Resend, our email delivery provider. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so Ken can respond directly. Delivery records are retained to track notifications and prevent duplicate sends.
What to include
Please send a project summary rather than a complete manuscript, financial details, or sensitive personal information. Submitting a request does not book a consultation or establish an engagement.
Spam prevention
The form limits repeated requests using a temporary hash derived from a network address and the current hour. The raw network address is not stored in the consultation database. Expired counters are removed when subsequent requests are processed.
Your information
You may ask Ken to correct or delete an inquiry when you correspond about your request. This website does not add form submissions to a marketing mailing list.
